Mal's Pies & Pastries has been a Townsville institution for over 50 years. What started as a humble local bakery in Oonoonba grew into something the whole city claims as their own.
Today, it's run by Brock — who started out as just another customer. He moved to Townsville, fell in love with the pies, and when the bakery came up for sale, didn't think twice.
No shortcuts. No frozen pastry. No cutting corners on the filling. Just proper baking, done properly, every single day.
